Cannes 2013

Just like the weather the fashion is a wash out at Cannes so far …. There was a couple of things impressive, one being Nicole Kidman she’s like a girl who has just discovered she’s radiant. I especially loved her hair in this simple and yet unusual updo. The great thing about Nicole is she keeps things simple which always works, take note ladies!!

There’s a reason she was part of the elite club dubbed “super models”, at the age of 47 Cindy Crawford showed Cannes how it’s done as she stood shoulder to shoulder with this generation models Georgia May Jagger and Cara Delvigne and frankly she out shone the two young models.

Saying that Cara did look stunning in this Burberry gown.

Everyone was watching the lady of the hour Carey Mulligan as she looked exquisite in Dior.

She set the standard in Balenciaga.

I’m usually a huge an of Eva Longoria but there is nothing bout her choice of gown that impresses me, firstly this style of gown shortens Eva which is never a good thing for anyone but this is a catastrophe as she is only 5ft1in this was a dreadful choice as it is but then she turned around and the cut out detail in the back expose’s her tattoo also known as a tramp stamp. It looked absolutely awful.

Lastly I can’t mention Eva’s disaster without bringing up Julianne Moore’s wardrobe malfunction. It’s ugly and painful looking. I can understand a model walking down a runway and persevering because that what she gets payed for but Julianne is a Hollywood star she is allowed to fix her shoe if need be. I have a thing about feet they are so ugly but this has just added fuel to the flame …ugh!!

Emma Watson is also on my hit list. This dress is all wrong it’s too short and the cut is all wrong and if you look at this picture of the dress there is a seam 3/4 of the way down the dress that looks so messy and frankly looks cheap.

There’s always next year ladies.

  1. Nice post. I used to be checking constantly this blog and I am impressed!
Extremely useful information particularly the final section 🙂
I deal with such information a lot. I used to be looking for
this certain info for a long time. Thanks and best
    of luck.

  2. Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

  3. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appeal. I must say you have done a amazing job with this. Also, the blog loads super fast for me on Chrome. Excellent Blog!

  4. That is really attention-grabbing, You’re a very skilled blogger. I have joined your feed and sit up for seeking more of your magnificent post. Additionally, I’ve shared your website in my social networks
